簡介

MGate MB3660 (MB3660-8 and MB3660-16) 是冗餘 Modbus 閘道，可在 Modbus TCP 和 Modbus RTU/ASCII 通訊協定之間進行轉換。可支援最多 256 個 TCP 主/客戶端裝置進行存取，或連接到 128 個 TCP 從屬/伺服器裝置。串列埠的路由可透過 IP 位址、TCP 連接埠號碼或 ID 對應來進行控制。透過指定 TCP 連接埠和 IP 位址進行串列埠路由，最多可存取 4 個 TCP 用戶端/主站，而透過 ID 對應（slave ID 路由表）進行路由，最多可存取 256 個 TCP 用戶端/主站。MGate MB3660 隔離型號提供了適合變電所應用的 2-kV 隔離保護。MGate MB3660 閘道設計可輕鬆整合 Modbus TCP 和 RTU/ASCII 網路。MGate MB3660 閘道提供的功能使網路整合變得簡單、可自訂，且幾乎與所有 Modbus 網路相容。

對於大規模 Modbus 部署，MGate MB3660 閘道可有效地將大量 Modbus 節點連接到相同網路。MB3660 系列可實體管理最多 248 個 8 埠型序列從屬節點或 496 個 16 埠型序列從屬節點（Modbus 標準僅定義從 1 到 247 的 Modbus ID）。 每個 RS-232/422/485 序列埠均可針對 Modbus RTU 或 Modbus ASCII 操作以及不同波特率進行單獨配置，允許兩種類型的網路可透過一個 Modbus 閘道與 Modbus TCP 整合。

 

具創新命令學習的高效能

MGate MB3660 閘道支援兩種通訊模式：透明模式和代理模式。對於透明模式，閘道將 Modbus 指令從 Modbus TCP 轉換為 Modbus RTU/ASCII，反之亦然，或從序列（主站）轉換為序列（從屬）。然而，由於在任何給定時間僅能執行一個 Modbus 協定請求-回應操作，因此每個 Modbus 裝置都必須等待輪至執行，導致效能較差。

為提供更佳效能，MGate MB3660 閘道設計了創新的命令學習功能，只需點擊滑鼠一下即可啟動。一旦啟用，閘道即學習並記取收到的 Modbus 命令，一旦學會命令，閘道即如同代理模式，主動向相關 Modbus 裝置發送 Modbus 請求。由於資料保存在 SCADA 系統可存取的不同記憶體空間，SCADA 系統可直接從閘道的記憶體中檢索 Modbus 回應資料，而非等待資料通過 Modbus 裝置，因此大大提升了通訊效能。

 

自動裝置路由，輕鬆配置

Moxa 的自動裝置路由功能有助於解決需要配置大量 Modbus 裝置的工程師所遇到的許多問題和不便。只需按一下滑鼠即可設定從屬 ID 路由表並配置 Modbus 閘道，以自動偵測來自監控和資料擷取 (SCADA) 系統的 Modbus 請求。透過解決手動建立從屬 ID 路由表的需求，自動裝置路由功能可以節省工程師大量的時間並降低成本。

 

具電源和乙太網路冗餘功能的 Modbus 閘道

對於複雜的 Modbus 系統來說，冗餘性極為重要。MGate MB3660 Modbus 閘道同時支援電源輸入和乙太網路連接的冗餘。MGate MB3660 閘道內建雙交流或直流的電源輸入以實現電源冗餘，且具雙乙太網路連接埠（使用不同 IP）以實現網路冗餘。為適應不同類型的應用，雙乙太網路連接埠可透過以下兩種方式之一進行配置：

  • 兩個乙太網路連接埠使用相同的 IP。在這種情況下，當主 LAN 發生故障時，MGate MB3660 閘道將自動切換至備用 LAN。

  • 兩個乙太網路連接埠分別使用不同的 IP 位址。在這種情況下，Modbus 用戶端/主站可以同時使用兩個乙太網路連接埠與 Modbus RTU/ASCII 從屬裝置進行通訊。
